1 – Enquiry

The time between your first message and when you actually place an order is not part of our turnaround times. For example, if you enquire in January but don’t confirm your order until March, your turnaround only begins from the date your order and design are approved. We can only start work once everything is signed off.

2 – Design

You’ll receive your first design draft within 2-3 working days of confirming your order. Design time is not included in the production turnaround, as it depends on how many revisions you’d like. Some clients approve the first draft straight away, others prefer to refine until it’s perfect — which is absolutely fine, but it means the design stage can vary.

3 – Production

Once your design is approved, production typically takes:

CMYK prints – approx. 3 working days

Fluorescent prints – approx. 5 working days

All orders are custom made-to-order, so these are the minimum times needed to guarantee quality.

4 – Delivery

Postage is not included in turnaround times. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked, and tracking numbers are always provided once your order has been dispatched.

We cut no corners. Every kit is produced using specialist materials that we’ve tried, tested, and trusted ourselves. Our vinyl is specifically designed for low-energy surfaces such as kart bodywork, ensuring maximum adhesion and durability in racing conditions.

Each kit is finished with an ultra-thick, hard-wearing laminate, bringing the total thickness to 400 microns — the industry standard for professional kart graphics and the benchmark for long-lasting performance.

These finishes require both specialist materials and additional production work. The materials themselves are significantly more expensive than standard vinyl, and each added element — whether fluorescent, holographic, or chrome — also requires extra design setup and precise production steps.

Every additional special finish can double the production time for each graphic, so the extra cost reflects both the premium materials and the increased labour involved in delivering them to our quality standards.

Absolutely. We can work from official colour codes (such as Pantone, RAL, or HEX), high-resolution logos, or samples of your previous graphics to ensure a seamless match. Our design process is meticulous — we’ll replicate not just the colours, but also the overall style, layout, and visual balance of your existing branding.
