Our Custom Kart Design & Print Package includes both the full design service and production of your kart graphics, taking you from initial idea through to delivery.
 
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent colours are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately from this package.
 
How It Works – 5 Simple Steps
 
1. Enquiry & Design
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to collect all the required details for your project, including bodywork type, design inspiration, colours, logos, numbers, and any optional finishes.
Our design team will create a bespoke kart graphic and carry out revisions as required.
Manufacturing does not begin until you approve the final design proof.
 
2. Design Approval
You’ll receive a final proof for approval. This ensures everything is correct before production, from colours and layout to names, numbers, and logos.
 
3. Manufacture
Once approved, your graphics are produced using our premium print materials and professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and fit.
 
4. Dispatch
Your completed kart graphics are securely packaged and dispatched to you, ready for application to your bodywork.
 
5. Fit & Race
Apply the graphics to your kart and you’re ready to hit the track.
 
What We’ll Need From You
To ensure a perfect fit and finish, we’ll ask for:
Kart bodywork type (or a clear photo if you’re unsure)
Design inspiration or reference styles
Preferred colour combinations
Logos, driver name, flags, and number preferences
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)
Any matching accessories you’d like included
 
If you’re unsure about your bodywork type, simply send us a photo and we’ll confirm it before starting the design.
 
The Design Service
This package covers the entire creative process, including concept development and revisions, ensuring your kart graphics are finalised to a standard you are fully happy with before manufacture begins.
 
Reprints & Repeat Orders
Any custom design previously produced with ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time without incurring additional design fees.
Once your artwork is created and approved, it is securely stored on file, allowing you to reorder the same graphics quickly and easily whenever required. This is ideal for replacement bodywork, spares, or additional karts using the same design.

Reprints are charged at the current production price
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic) are charged separately if applicable
Minor amendments or updates may incur a design fee if changes are required
