Helmet Design Service
This is the starting point for all new customers with ONE Custom Motorsport Design looking for a custom helmet design. Our service covers the entire creative journey, including all revisions and alterations needed to create your perfect helmet artwork.
Your design will cover all four sides of the helmet — front, rear, and both sides — and will be supplied as fully production-ready artwork, ideal to hand straight over to your chosen painter.
 
How It Works – 3 Simple Steps
Step 1 – Design It
Purchase this helmet design service to begin your journey with our design team. We’ll work closely with you to create a bespoke helmet design, including all revisions and adjustments until your artwork is perfect.
 
Step 2 – Paint It
Once your design is complete, you can take the finalised artwork to your chosen painter to bring it to life.
Please note: painting is not included with this service.
 
If you don’t already have a painter, we can provide a list of trusted professional painters we regularly work with and recommend.
 
Step 3 – Receive It
Your completed helmet will be painted and finished to match your bespoke design — ready to wear or display with pride.
 
The Design Process
After your purchase, we’ll get in touch to gather all the key details for your project, including:
Helmet model and brand
Design inspiration and overall style
Colour combinations and finishes
Use of fluorescent, chrome, metallic, or pearl effects
Logos, name/flag, race number, or sponsors to include
Any themes or personal touches you’d like incorporated
 
Once we’ve completed this design consultation, our team will produce your initial concept for review. You’ll then have the opportunity to request any revisions until you’re completely satisfied.
 
When your design is finalised, you’ll receive production-ready artwork that your painter can use to create your custom helmet.
