Our Custom Tool Box Sticker Set service includes the design and manufacture of a bespoke set of vinyl decals tailored for kart tool boxes and pit equipment. This is an ideal solution for clear team branding, driver identification, and a professional paddock presence.
Sticker layouts and sizing can be adapted to suit different tool box styles and panel layouts.
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent finishes are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately.
 
How It Works – 5 Simple Steps
1. Enquiry & Design
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to gather the required details, including tool box type, panel sizes, design preferences, colours, logos, and any optional finishes.
Our design team will create a custom tool box sticker set and provide revisions where required.
Manufacturing will not begin until final artwork approval is received.
 
2. Design Approval
You’ll receive a final digital proof to approve, ensuring colours, layouts, logos, names, and any identifiers are correct prior to production.
 
3. Manufacture
Once approved, your tool box sticker set is produced using premium vinyl materials and our professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and long-lasting adhesion.
 
4. Dispatch
Your finished tool box stickers are securely packaged and dispatched, ready for application.
 
5. Fit & Use
Apply the stickers to your tool box and pit equipment to complete your setup.
 
What We’ll Need From You
To ensure the correct fit and finish, we’ll ask for:
Tool box make and model (or clear photos with measurements if unsure)
Design inspiration or reference styles
Preferred colour combinations
Logos, team name, driver name, flags, or numbers (if required)
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)
 
If you’re unsure about sizing or layout, simply send us photos of your tool box and we’ll confirm sticker placement before starting the design.
 
The Design Service
This service includes full concept creation and revisions for your tool box sticker set. Artwork is only signed off once you are fully happy before manufacture begins.
 
Reprints & Repeat Orders
Any custom tool box sticker set previously produced by ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time without additional design fees.
Approved artwork is securely stored on file, allowing quick and easy repeat orders for replacement boxes or additional equipment.

Minor amendments or updates may incur a design fee if changes are required
