Our Custom Fuel Tank Sticker service includes the design and manufacture of a bespoke vinyl decal sized specifically for kart fuel tanks. This is a clean, subtle branding option ideal for driver identification, team logos, or sponsor marks while maintaining a tidy and professional appearance.
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent finishes are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately.
 
How It Works – 5 Simple Steps
1. Enquiry & Design
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to gather the required details, including fuel tank type, design preferences, colours, logos, and any optional finishes.
Our design team will create a custom fuel tank graphic and provide revisions where required.
Manufacturing will not begin until final artwork approval is received.
 
2. Design Approval
You’ll receive a final digital proof to approve, ensuring colours, layout, logos, and any identifiers are correct prior to production.
 
3. Manufacture
Once approved, your fuel tank sticker is produced using premium vinyl materials and our professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and appropriate adhesion for plastic fuel tanks.
 
4. Dispatch
Your finished fuel tank sticker is securely packaged and dispatched, ready for application.
 
5. Fit & Race
Apply the sticker to your fuel tank and you’re ready to go racing.
What We’ll Need From You
 
To ensure the correct fit and finish, we’ll ask for:
Fuel tank make and model (or a clear photo if you’re unsure)
Design inspiration or reference styles
Preferred colour combinations
Logos, driver name, flags, or numbers (if required)
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)
 
If you’re unsure which fuel tank you have, simply send us a photo and we’ll confirm sizing before starting the design.
 
The Design Service
This service includes full concept creation and revisions for your fuel tank sticker. Artwork is only signed off once you are fully happy before manufacture begins.
 
Reprints & Repeat Orders
Any custom fuel tank design previously produced by ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time without additional design fees.
 
Approved artwork is securely stored on file, allowing quick and easy repeat orders for replacement tanks or additional karts.

Minor amendments or updates may incur a design fee if changes are required
