Our Custom Data Logger Sticker service includes the design and manufacture of a bespoke vinyl decal sized specifically for kart data loggers. This product is ideal for adding driver identification, team branding, or clear visual identification to your logger unit while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
 
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent finishes are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately.
 
How It Works – 5 Simple Steps
1. Enquiry & Design
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to gather the required details, including data logger model, design preferences, colours, logos, numbers, and any optional finishes.
Our design team will create a custom data logger graphic and provide revisions where required.
Manufacturing will not begin until final artwork approval is received.
 
2. Design Approval
You’ll receive a final digital proof to approve, ensuring colours, layout, logos, names, numbers, and any required identifiers are correct prior to production.
 
3. Manufacture
Once approved, your data logger sticker is produced using premium vinyl materials and our professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and precise sizing.
 
4. Dispatch
Your finished data logger sticker is securely packaged and dispatched, ready for application.
 
5. Fit & Race
Apply the sticker to your data logger and you’re ready to go racing.
 
What We’ll Need From You
To ensure the correct fit and finish, we’ll ask for:
Data logger make and model (or a clear photo if you’re unsure)
Design inspiration or reference styles
Preferred colour combinations
Logos, driver name, flags, or numbers (if required)
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)
 
If you’re unsure which data logger you have, simply send us a photo and we’ll confirm sizing before starting the design.
 
The Design Service
This service includes full concept creation and revisions for your data logger sticker. Artwork is only signed off once you are completely happy before manufacture begins.
Reprints & Repeat Orders
 
Any custom data logger design previously produced by ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time without additional design fees.
Approved artwork is securely stored on file, allowing quick and easy repeat orders for replacement units or additional karts.

Reprints are charged at the current production price
Optional finishes are charged separately if applicable
Minor amendments or updates may incur a design fee if changes are required
