Our Custom Bigfoot Sticker service includes the design and manufacture of a large-format, bespoke vinyl decal tailored specifically for kart Bigfoot / front bumper applications. This is a high-impact branding area, ideal for driver numbers, team identity, and sponsor visibility.
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent finishes are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately.
 
How It Works – 5 Simple Steps
1. Enquiry & Design
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to gather the required details, including Bigfoot type, chassis model, design preferences, colours, logos, numbers, and any optional finishes.
Our design team will create a custom Bigfoot graphic and provide revisions where required.
Manufacturing will not begin until final artwork approval is received.
 
2. Design Approval
You’ll receive a final digital proof to approve, ensuring colours, layout, logos, numbers, and all visual elements are correct prior to production.
 
3. Manufacture
Once approved, your Bigfoot sticker is produced using premium-grade vinyl and our professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and a precise fit across the bumper profile.
 
4. Dispatch
Your finished Bigfoot sticker is securely packaged and dispatched, ready for application.
 
5. Fit & Race
Apply the sticker to your Bigfoot/front bumper and you’re ready to hit the track.
 
What We’ll Need From You
To ensure a correct fit and high-quality finish, we’ll ask for:
Bigfoot type and chassis model (or a clear photo if you’re unsure)
Design inspiration or reference styles
Preferred colour combinations
Driver number, name, flags, and sponsor logos (if required)
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)

The Design Service
This service covers the complete creative process for your Bigfoot sticker, including concept development and revisions. Artwork is only signed off once you are fully satisfied before manufacture begins.
 
Reprints & Repeat Orders
Any custom Bigfoot design previously produced by ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time without additional design fees.
Approved artwork is securely stored on file, allowing fast repeat orders for replacement bumpers, spares, or additional karts.

Minor amendments or updates may incur a design fee if changes are required
