Our Custom Rotax Battery Sticker service includes the design and manufacture of a bespoke vinyl decal specifically for Rotax batteries only. This product is precision-sized for Rotax battery units and is intended exclusively for Rotax-powered karts.
 
This is a compact but highly visible component, ideal for driver identification, team branding, or sponsor placement while maintaining a clean, professional, and race-ready appearance.
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent finishes are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately.
 
How It Works – 5 Simple Steps
1. Enquiry & Design
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to collect the required details, including Rotax battery type, design preferences, colours, logos, numbers, and any optional finishes.
Our design team will create a custom graphic tailored specifically to the Rotax battery profile and provide revisions where required.
Manufacturing will not begin until final artwork approval is received.
 
2. Design Approval
You’ll receive a final digital proof for approval, ensuring colours, layout, logos, names, and numbers are correct before production.
 
3. Manufacture
Once approved, your Rotax battery sticker is produced using premium-grade vinyl and our professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and correct adhesion for battery casings.
 
4. Dispatch
Your finished Rotax battery sticker is securely packaged and dispatched, ready for application.
 
5. Fit & Race
Apply the sticker to your Rotax battery and you’re ready to race.
 
What We’ll Need From You
To ensure the correct fit and finish, we’ll ask for:
Rotax battery type
Design inspiration or reference styles
Preferred colour combinations
Driver name, numbers, flags, and sponsor logos (if required)
Optional finishes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)
This product is not compatible with non-Rotax batteries.

If you are unsure whether your battery is a Rotax unit, simply send us a photo and we’ll confirm compatibility before starting the design.
 
The Design Service
This service includes full concept creation and revisions, with artwork finalised only once you are completely satisfied prior to manufacture.
 
Reprints & Repeat Orders
Any Rotax battery design previously produced by ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time without additional design fees.
 
Approved artwork is securely stored on file, allowing quick and easy repeat orders for replacement batteries or spare units.
 
Please note:
Reprints are charged at the current production price
Optional finishes are charged separately if applicable
Minor amendments or updates may incur a design fee if changes are required
