This Custom Design Reprint product is for customers who have previously purchased a full kart graphics design from ONE Custom Motorsport Design and wish to reorder the same artwork.
All design files, bodywork specifications, and layout details are already held on file. This product covers manufacture and supply only, unless changes are requested.
 
Please note: Chrome, holographic, and fluorescent finishes are available as optional upgrades and are charged separately.
 
How It Works – 4 Simple Steps
1. Order Placement
Place your order through the website to initiate a reprint of your existing design.
 
2. Change Confirmation
After ordering, we’ll contact you to confirm whether any changes are required.
This includes:
No changes (direct reprint)
Minor updates (e.g. number change, name change)
Finish changes (e.g. adding or removing fluoro / chrome)
If no changes are requested, the job proceeds straight to manufacture.
 
3. Manufacture
Once confirmed, your graphics are produced using our premium print materials and professional manufacturing process to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and correct fit to your existing bodywork specification.
 
4. Dispatch
Your completed kart graphics are securely packaged and dispatched, ready for application.
 
5. Fit & Race
Apply the graphics to your kart and you’re ready to hit the track.
 
What We’ll Need From You
As all artwork and specifications are already on file, we only require confirmation of the following:
Any changes required (if applicable)
Updated names, numbers, or flags (if applicable)
Finish changes (fluoro, chrome, holographic – charged separately)
Confirmation that bodywork type remains unchanged
 
If no changes are required, simply confirm this and production will proceed.
Artwork & Design Information
 
This product does not include a full design service.
Your existing artwork has already been created, approved, and securely stored on file. The original bodywork specification will be used unless changes are requested.
 
Reprints & Repeat Orders
Any custom design previously produced by ONE Custom Motorsport Design can be reprinted at any time using this product, without additional design fees.
 
This is ideal for:
Replacement bodywork
Spare kits
Additional karts using the same design
 
Please note:
Reprints are charged at the current production price
Optional finishes are charged separately if applicable
Minor amendments may incur a small design fee
Major changes or redesigns will require a new design product
