Our Collaborative Approach

1. Enquiry & Project Scope

We start with a conversation to understand what you need — whether it's branded kits for your rental fleet, a new livery for your team, or a full product range for resale. We’ll ask about volumes, timelines, fitment needs, and any design direction. Based on this, we determine if the job is suitable and outline the next steps.

2. Commitment Fee

To reserve your design slot and begin the project, we take a commitment fee.

This confirms your intent to move forward and allows us to allocate time and resources specifically to your project. The full amount is credited against your first manufacturing invoice if you proceed to production.

It’s a simple step that helps us plan effectively and ensure every project receives the attention it deserves.

3. Design & Project Phase

Once the project is booked in, we begin the design and development phase. This includes concept creation, design revisions, technical setup, and file preparation for manufacturing.

Where needed, we also carry out test prints, fitment checks, and offer site visits. We manage the project from start to finish — including coordination with third parties if we’re not handling production directly.

This phase covers creative work, consultancy, compliance checks, and ensures everything is production-ready.

4. Manufacturing & Production

Once the design is approved, we issue a manufacturing invoice for your order.

The initial commitment fee is deducted from this total.
Minimum order quantities apply to all production runs.
Payment terms (upfront or net) are agreed individually.

We offer a range of materials and finishes — including chrome, fluorescent, matte, and more — depending on your spec.

5. Delivery & Fitment

We produce, pack, and ship your finished kits under your brand, ready for resale, use, or distribution. Custom packaging is available to match your existing brand guidelines.

We can supply the bodywork if fitment is required. For application, fitment services are offered at our premises and than shipped as a finished product.
